Front Brake Master Cylinder – fitment & spongy lever after upgrade

Replacing stock master cylinder with an aftermarket unit. Lever feels a bit spongy even after a quick bleed. Looking for best-practice on piston size, banjo/crush washers, ABS compatibility, and bleed order.
