To summarize, Spaces (a.k.a Customer Portal/Nucleus Spaces) is a sharing and collaboration digital workspace that gives customers a full 360 of their relationship with the vendor, among other things. It is the next step in the evolution of our existing capabilities such as Share 360, Success Plan Sharing, etc. but instead of having multiple disconnected experiences, customers will be able to access the information in a collaborative space with the vendor in Spaces. Spaces can be a standalone portal or can be integrated with Nucleus. Components of Nucleus Spaces include:
- Customer Dashboard
- Customer Journey
- Goals and metrics
- Success Plans
- Entitlements
- Usage reflection
- EBR materials and documents (does not exist today outside of Timeline)
- Support cases
- Enhancement requests
